HIM 486 Foundations of Health Information Management (2 hours)
An optional course where students perform lab work, field work, and/or in-depth descriptive studies regarding topics related to health information management. May be repeated to a maximum of 4 hours. Students may register in more than one section per term. Prerequisite(s): Consent of the instructor.
This course is part of the Master of Science in Health Informatics and Post-Master’s Certificate in Health Informatics degree curriculum.
